Marie Powers

Marie Powers has a strong background in supply chain and procurement within the aviation industry. Marie currently holds a role as the VP Fuel Supply (Aviation) at World Fuel Services, where they oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations and physical movements of jet fuel. In their previous role at Delta Air Lines, Marie served as the General Manager Global Jet Fuel Procurement & Operations, managing fuel requests for domestic and international divisions. Marie also has prior experience in logistics and operations roles at Morgan Stanley, Louis Dreyfus Highbridge Energy, and Louis Dreyfus Energy Services. Marie has a proven track record of bringing in new suppliers, implementing standard operating procedures, and achieving cost savings through negotiation and strategic planning. Marie has strong leadership skills, having managed teams and provided guidance in career development.

Marie Powers holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree (BBA) in International Business from Iona University. Additionally, they have attended the University of Tampa.
