Tim Shipley

Tim Shipley has extensive experience in various management and technology roles. Tim started their career as a Manager of DB Technology at USF&G in 1994. Tim then held several roles at HCIASachs, Solucient, and HCIA, including AVP Data Warehousing, AVP Managed Care Development, and AVP Technology. In 2000, they became the CIO/VP Technology & Operations at AVCARD. Tim later joined World Fuel in 2008 as the VP Global IT Operations. In 2011, they took on the role of Vice President - Technology Solutions and later became Vice President, Card Technology Solutions at World Fuel Services. Tim served as President at Kropp Holdings Inc from 2012 to 2020. Additionally, they were a Partner at SENA Enterprises from 2014 to 2015.

Tim Shipley holds a Masters of Science in Information Technology from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, which they obtained from 1990 to 1992. Prior to that, they graduated with a Bachelor of Science in MIS from Loyola University Maryland in 1988. Tim completed their high school education at Loyola High School in Towson, Maryland from 1980 to 1984.
