Xiaolu Chen

Xiaolu Chen has a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in various leadership roles. They currently serve as the Director of Financial Controller at World Fuel Services. Previously, they held roles such as Senior Director of Finance & Accounting and Finance Director UK at Meiyume, and Financial Controller (incl. FP&A) at ARI. Xiaolu Chen has also worked at Nutricia Medical Nutrition and Landell Mills in financial accounting positions. They have demonstrated expertise in financial management and have served on the board of Sustainable Transport Midlands as a Board Director and CFO.

Xiaolu Chen holds a Foundation degree in Business, Finance and Management from Bellerbys College. Xiaolu also completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics and International Development and a Master of Science (MSc) in International Development, both from the University of Bath. Xiaolu Chen further pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Professional Accountancy with a distinction from the University of London. Xiaolu obtained additional certifications including the PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Furthermore, Xiaolu Chen attended the 2018 Potential Leader Program at Holman University.
