Kirsten Barnes

Kirsten Barnes is a marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in the green building sector and content creation. Currently serving as the Marketing and Communications Officer for the World Green Building Council since May 2022, Kirsten previously held multiple roles at Fetola, including Content Marketing Manager, Media Officer, and Digital Media Manager from November 2017 to May 2022. Earlier career positions include Content and Campaign Manager at SuperMarketing from February 2016 to February 2017 and Content Writer at Leads Capital from August 2015 to January 2016. Kirsten holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, History, and Media from Nelson Mandela University, completed between 2007 and 2015, and is an alumnus of Collegiate High School for Girls, graduating in 2006.
