Albena Arnaudova has extensive experience in strategic communications, particularly within the public health sector, working for the World Health Organization since 2006. Roles include strategic communications for partner and donor engagement, communications coordination, and as a communications evidence and research expert focused on enhancing communication skills during emergencies. Previous positions at WHO/Europe involved the development of internal communications and leading policy formulation processes. Albena has also worked with the Council of Europe as an advisory consultant, managed digital communications projects for the Bulgarian and British Red Cross, hosted a health-focused TV program, edited a national health magazine, and served as a communications officer for a major environmental conference. Albena holds a Master of Arts degree from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
