David Kavanagh

David Kavanagh is an experienced human resources professional with extensive expertise in organizational management and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Head of the Human Resources Office at the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) under the World Health Organization since January 2020, David has held various HR leadership roles within the WHO since April 2016, including overseeing recruitment and providing strategic HR partnership support.
