Idil Shekh Mohamed

Idil Shekh Mohamed currently serves as an Assisting Advisor in Design & Innovation at RFSU, starting in February 2023. Previously, Idil held the position of Policy Advocacy Officer at the Swedish Institute for Global Health Transformation (SIGHT) from July 2020 to July 2022, and worked as a Research & Project Coordinator. Prior experience includes roles at Lund University as a Student Project Supporter for the Advanced International Training Programme in SRHR, and Conference Manager at the Swedish Network for International Health (SNIH). Idil also contributed as a Consultant in the Family, Health Promotion and Life Course Department at the Pan American Health Organization / World Health Organization, along with an internship at Every Woman Every Child Latin America and the Caribbean (EWEC-LAC). Idil's early experience includes serving as Communications Manager for Samhällsvetarkåren vid Lunds universitet / Interdisciplinary Section Pluto. Idil obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies with a major in Political Science from Lund University in 2017, followed by a Master of Public Health in 2020.
