Robin Ward

Robin Ward is an experienced professional in climate change, water, and environmental management, currently serving as Team Coordinator for the Pacific Islands Climate Change and Environment programme at the World Health Organization since December 2024. Previous roles include Programme Specialist at UNICEF HQ, where Robin coordinated the Sustainability and Climate Change Action Plan 2023-2030, and Senior Programmes Advisor at UNICEF UK, focusing on water and sustainability issues. Additional experience encompasses managing climate-related water governance projects at the Stockholm International Water Institute and serving as Chief Technical Advisor for climate adaptation in the Solomon Islands with UNDP. Robin's career began in water sanitation roles, with significant experience at Oxfam India and Thames Water, underpinned by two master's degrees in Climate Change and Development from SOAS University of London and Water and Development from Cranfield University.
