At the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), Aikant worked as a Health Officer, providing techno-managerial support for the implementation of H1N1 and MDR-TB projects in India. Aikant developed standard operating procedures, data collection and reporting systems, and templates for program progress sharing with donors and partners.
