Aikant B. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of public health. Aikant has held various roles at reputable organizations such as World Health Partners, PATH, Abt Associates, Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI), World Health Organization, and International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC).

At World Health Partners, Aikant served as the Chief of Party (Project Director) for a USAID-supported project focused on supporting the National Tuberculosis Elimination Programme in priority states of India.
