Courtney Christou

Courtney Christou is an experienced Research Project Manager currently at World Health Research since July 2025. Prior to this role, Courtney served as a Research Project Manager and Senior Research Coordinator at the PHRI Population Health Research Institute in collaboration with McMaster University and Hamilton Health Sciences from November 2021 to October 2025. Courtney began working at PHRI in various roles starting as a Jr. Research Coordinator in 2017, and progressed through positions including Research Coordinator. Earlier experience includes a Clinical Research Assistant role at Hamilton Health Sciences and multiple Data Management Assistant positions at PHRI. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Guelph-Humber and a Diploma of Education in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Niagara College.
