Kari Hoeft

Kari Hoeft currently serves as Project Manager for Growth Integration at World Insurance Associates LLC, having joined the company in February 2024. Simultaneously, Kari holds the position of Manager of Operations at Providence Financial, Inc. since October 2021, and has been the Owner/Agent at Nebraska Innovative Insurance since August 2014. Previous experience includes serving as Claims Manager and Multi-line Field Adjuster at Buckeye Insurance Group from September 2004 to August 2014, as well as a Senior Claims Representative at Allied Insurance from June 2001 to September 2004. Kari's educational background includes a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Interdisciplinary Leadership from Creighton University, expected in May 2024, a Master's in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University (2012-2014), and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Nebraska Wesleyan University (1996-2000).
