Leandro Toscano

Leandro Toscano has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and intellectual property law, having served at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) from May 2014 to August 2023. Currently, Toscano acts as Head of the Business Development and Digital Content Disputes Section, focusing on stakeholder engagement and developing ADR solutions for digital content-related issues. Previous roles at WIPO include Head of the Business Development Unit and Legal Officer, where Toscano contributed to strategic direction and global service implementation for intellectual property disputes. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Associate at Dubini & Associates, advising clients on various legal matters, including intellectual property and information and communications technology. Toscano holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Dispute Resolution from the University of London and a Postgraduate Specialization in Information and Communications Technology Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina.
