Oliver Hodge has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. In 2011, they started their career at Jagex as a Customer Support intern, where they worked for a year. Oliver later returned to Jagex in 2013 as a QA Analyst and then transitioned to a Content Developer role.
In 2015, Oliver joined Automaton Games as a Game Designer and eventually progressed to become a Senior Game Designer until 2019. During this time, they contributed to the development of various game designs.
In 2019, Oliver moved on to work at Improbable as a Game Designer, where they worked until early 2020.
Following their time at Improbable, Oliver co-founded Baseline Games in 2020, where they served as the Co-Founder and Design Director until mid-2021.
Most recently, in 2021, Oliver co-founded World Makers and continues to work as the Co-Founder and Design Director.

Oliver Hodge attended the University of Gloucestershire from 2009 to 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Game and Interactive Media Design.
