John Tinashe Chibgwe, MD, MBA, MPA, currently serves as the Clinical Information Science Associate Director for Oncology Biometrics at AstraZeneca and has held various roles in patient safety and global clinical solutions. Additionally, John is actively involved with the World Medical Association, where contributions include being a steering committee member and participating in workgroups focused on aging physicians and junior doctors. John's international experience encompasses internships in pediatrics, internal medicine, family and emergency medicine, and nursing fundamentals across multiple hospitals. With a solid educational foundation comprising a Doctor of Medicine from the Medical University of Lodz and master's degrees in Public Administration and Business Administration, along with specialized training in drug discovery and development from Harvard Medical School, John demonstrates a strong commitment to advancing healthcare practice and policy.
