Allison Allen is an experienced professional in meteorological services, currently serving as Co-chair of the Committee on Services at the Interagency Council on Advancing Meteorological Services (ICAMS) since August 2022. Since December 2016, Allison has held the position of Director at the Analyze, Forecast, and Support Office within the NOAA National Weather Service, and has also contributed as Chief of the Marine, Tropical, and Tsunami Services Branch and Acting Director of the Ocean Prediction Center. Additionally, since March 2022, Allison has been the Vice-Chair of the Standing Committee of Marine Meteorological and Oceanographic Services for the World Meteorological Organization. Prior roles include Ecological Forecasting Roadmap Portfolio Manager at NOAA from October 2013 to December 2016 and COASTAL Program Manager at NOAA from June 2006 to October 2013. Educational credentials include studies at Colgate University, The George Washington University School of Business, and the University of South Florida Muma College of Business.
