Cindy Franzese has extensive work experience in the field of HR, training, and instructional design. Cindy started their career at Outback Steakhouse, where they were responsible for planning and executing training projects and facilitating leadership workshops. Cindy also collaborated on the development of training materials and the creation of an online training website. After working at Outback Steakhouse for 16 years, Cindy moved on to Bloomin' Brands, Inc., where they served as an instructional designer and worked on designing interactive lectures. Cindy then joined World of Beer Franchising, Inc. as the Senior Director of HR & WOB*Star Development, where they were responsible for the overall administration and coordination of the HR function. Cindy also acted as an instructional designer and developed new learning content using the ADDIE Method. Cindy's experience also includes working as an elementary school teacher at Pinellas County Schools. Cindy Franzese has a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the Florida State University - College of Business. Cindy also holds an E.P.I. degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from St. Petersburg College.
In terms of additional certifications, Cindy has obtained the USF Design Thinking Certificate, powered by Stonehill from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in August 2022. Cindy has also earned a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the same institution in May 2021. In addition, Cindy holds a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI, acquired in December 2020. Cindy has further obtained several certifications from Langevin Learning Services, including Certified E-Learning Specialist and Certified Master Trainer in May 2015, Certified Instructional Designer and Certified Training Generalist in September 2014, and Certified Virtual Training Instructor in July 2014.
