Vikki Holland

Vikki Holland is an experienced professional with a diverse background in talent management, training, and recruitment. Currently serving as Group Talent & Training Manager at World of Sweets since September 2022, Vikki also holds the title of Training and Development Lead. Prior to this role, Vikki founded V3 Training Ltd, specializing in First Aid and First Aid for Mental Health training from February 2021 to August 2022. Vikki's recruitment expertise was honed over nearly 14 years at Chase and Holland Recruitment Ltd, where Vikki focused on supply chain, procurement, and finance recruitment across various sectors. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant/Manager at Michael Page, contributing to the establishment of new office locations in Bristol and Sheffield. Vikki holds a Ba (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of the West of England, earned in 1997.
