Tracy Luciano has held several marketing positions over the past 15 years. In 2021, they began their current role as Marketing Director at World Precision Instruments, LLC. Prior to this, they were Vice President Marketing at MedTest Dx from 2018-2021, Director of Marketing at DWK Life Sciences (Duran Wheaton Kimble) from 2017-2018, Global Director of Marketing at Wheaton Industries Inc. from 2014-2017, Director of Commercial Marketing at Wheaton Industries, Inc. from 2011-2014, and Director of Marketing & Business Development at IGI Laboratories Inc. from 2005-2011.

Tracy Luciano received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stockton University in 1995. Tracy then continued their education at Seton Hall University, where they earned their Master of Arts in Leadership & Management in 2005.
