Emily Chambers Sharpe has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of health and development. Emily has held roles such as Director of Health and Nutrition at World Relief, CEO and President of House Of Mercy Inc, Southern Africa Regional Team Lead at the Office of the Global AIDS Coordinator, and Health Coordinator in North Sudan for Medair. Emily has also worked as a Research Associate, Teaching Assistant, and Student at Boston University, as well as in various consultancy and leadership roles in organizations like Samaritan's Purse and the International Development and Relief Board.
