Colleen Chen is a professional with extensive experience in clean energy management and environmental policy. Currently serving as Manager of Clean Energy at World Resources Institute, Colleen Chen focuses on building bankable project pipelines and mitigating risks to enhance solar investment in emerging markets. Previous experience includes a managerial role at the Environmental Defense Fund, where Colleen Chen engaged in corporate partnerships for energy management, sustainability, and climate strategies, and contributed to international development initiatives.
