Jocelyn Starzak

Jocelyn Starzak joined WRI as General Counsel in 2018 and is responsible for managing the Institute’s legal matters and advising on legal risks. Jocelyn also serves as legal and strategic advisor to WRI’s Management Team and Board of Directors.

For over 20 years, Jocelyn has provided both for-profit and non-profit entities with pragmatic solutions that address both legal requirements and organizational needs.

Jocelyn holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and a B.A. in International Relations from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.
