Kelsey Lopez

Kelsey Lopez is an experienced professional in finance and operations with a strong background in international development and urban planning. Currently serving as the Global Finance & Operations Training Manager at the World Resources Institute since December 2016, Kelsey has also held several finance-related roles within the organization, including Finance Associate and Finance Specialist. Prior to this, Kelsey worked as Operations Manager for the US High Speed Rail Association and the Transit Oriented Development Institute, where responsibilities included managing organizational operations, authoring policy proposals, and developing certification programs. Kelsey began a career in urban development as an intern at the World Resources Institute, contributing to the creation of a Transit Oriented Development Toolkit. Earlier work includes a research-focused internship at Valuing Voices at Cekan Consulting. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from The George Washington University.
