Lacey Shaver

Lacey Shaver is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in clean energy transition and sustainability, currently serving as the Director of U.S. City Clean Energy Transition at the World Resources Institute since January 2019. In this role, Lacey leads initiatives on solar deployment for affordable housing, transportation electrification, and equitable power sector transformation. Previous positions include Senior Manager and City Renewable Energy Manager at the World Resources Institute, where Lacey supported over 200 cities in achieving climate goals. Lacey has also contributed to various organizations, including the U.S. Green Building Council, STAR Communities, and Greenpeace, while holding degrees from Columbia University and Harvard University in relevant fields.
