S. Lee Kuwica

S. Lee Kuwica has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They started their career as a Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they focused on financial and accounting consulting for bankruptcy and litigation cases. Their responsibilities included investigative accounting, financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, valuations, and presentations.

After that, they worked at Citi as an Assistant Vice President for three years before joining Colonial Properties Trust as a Senior Vice President Finance. In this role, they served as the Company's Investor Relations Officer and communicated the corporate strategy and position to analysts and investors. They also managed the financial forecasting model for the company.

Following their time at Colonial Properties Trust, S. Lee Kuwica became the Vice President Finance at Global Healthcare REIT. Here, they managed the transition of books and records for a new management team and developed a weekly cash flow forecasting model.

In 2005, S. Lee Kuwica became self-employed as an Independent Consultant, working on various project-based consulting assignments, mainly focusing on financial projections and creating presentations. They brought extensive experience across several industries, with a strong emphasis on real estate. They continued this role until 2020.

Most recently, S. Lee Kuwica served as the Chief Financial Officer at World Rugby Shop, a position they held in 2020.

S. Lee Kuwica attended Wake Forest University from 1985 to 1989 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Computer Science.
