Scott Richie has extensive experience in legal matters, holding the title of General Counsel at World Trade Centers Association since January 2011. Prior to that, Scott served as Of Counsel at Andrews Kurth LLP from 1994 to 2010. Scott graduated with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International and Comparative Law from The George Washington University Law School in 1993.
