Grecia Rosal has a comprehensive work history in various prestigious organizations. In 2023, they worked as a Young Professional at the Office of the Director-General in the World Trade Organization. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, they held the position of Programme Officer at the International Monetary Fund. Before that, they worked as an Assistant Economist at the International Monetary Fund from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, in 2017, they gained experience as a Technical Assistant and intern at the Competitiveness Department of the Asociación Guatemalteca de Exportadores - AGEXPORT.

Grecia Rosal completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economía Empresarial from Universidad Rafael Landívar from 2014 to 2018. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Social and Public Policy (Development) at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2019 to 2020.
