Helen Chang

Helen Chang has a strong background in international trade and economics. Helen began their career as a Market Access/Trade in Goods Negotiator with the Ministerio de Economía de El Salvador in 2009, where they worked until 2016. In 2017, they joined the World Bank Group as a Consultant for a three-month period. The following year, Helen joined the World Trade Organization as a Young Professional, where they worked for the entire year of 2018. In 2019, they transitioned into their current role as a Project Officer at the World Trade Organization.

Helen Chang completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics at Escuela Superior de Economía y Negocios from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in International Economic Law and Policy at Universitat de Barcelona from 2016 to 2017.
