Hye-Seung Lee

Hye-Seung Lee has worked in various positions throughout their career. Hye-Seung started in 2001 as a Consultant at Mercer and remained there until 2004. Following that, they joined the United Nations Volunteers as a Programme Specialist from February 2005 to July 2007. Hye-Seung then moved to the World Trade Organization, where they initially served as an HR Analyst from August 2007 to June 2016. After that, they became the Head of Recruitment Services, a position that they currently hold.

Hye-Seung Lee holds a Master's degree in International/Global Studies from Yonsei University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in French Language and Literature from Ewha Womans University. Hye-Seung has additional certifications including being an ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation obtained in February 2021, a Professional Certified Coach (Coaching RelationCare) from WAKAN - spirit in business & life obtained in October 2018, a Black Belt in Internet Recruitment from SocialTalent obtained in February 2018, Hogan Assessments from metaBeratung GmbH obtained in November 2016, a CCS Licensed Career Coach from Career Counselling Services obtained in April 2016, and a Chartered Member CIPD from CIPD obtained in February 2015.
