John then joined CORT DS - A Berkshire Hathaway Company as a Manager, Global Mobility & Business Process Improvement, where they implemented end-to-end Destination Service processes and conducted business process improvement analysis. Currently, John is the Senior Vice President, Global Client Services at World Trade Resource, overseeing service delivery, client management, and business-to-business solutions across different regions. John collaborates with the managing editor and editorial sites to provide up-to-date information for clients and continuously improve their business processes.

John Ortega has a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from New York University.
