Monica Garcia-Salamon has had a long and varied career. Monica began their professional journey in 1998 as a Welcoming Hostess for C.G.C. Welcoming Committee. In 2000, they became a Personal Teacher for English Opening School. In 2002, they took on the role of Home Locator for Business Executive Relocations. In 2003, they became a Spanish Teacher for Paulding County High School. In 2004, they worked as a Spanish Substitute Teacher for North Springs High School and as a Receptionist at the Georgia World Congress Center. From 2005 to 2008, they were the Project Management Director at @International Services, where their duties included administrative tasks and project management. Finally, from 2008 to present, they have been the Vice President of Project Management at World Translation Center, where their duties include administrative tasks, project management, and consulting.
Monica Garcia-Salamon earned a degree in Education from the Universidad de Salamanca in 2000, with a focus on ESL and ESOL. Prior to this, they earned a degree in English Philology from the Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in 1999, with a focus on Linguistics and Methodology.
