Charity Santiago

Charity Santiago, M.S.Ed, CTA, serves as the Vice President of Training & Events at World Travel Holdings since August 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing the educational strategy for the B2B division, developing a global award-winning training program, and managing vendor contracts and training program effectiveness evaluations. Previous roles at World Travel Holdings included Director of Training, Training Manager, Training Supervisor, and Training Specialist, focusing on curriculum development and franchise owner training. Prior to this, Charity held instructional design consulting roles at Winter Haven Public Library and worked as a bilingual education teacher in the Palm Beach County School District and as a kindergarten teacher in Polk County. Charity holds a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Learning Design and Technology from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Florida Southern College.
