Snigdha T R is an experienced professional in the field of food technology and research and development. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager in R&D at Food Service India Private Limited since July 2023, Snigdha previously held the roles of Senior R&D Executive and Management Trainee within the same company. Early career experiences include an R&D internship at Food Service India Private Limited and a flavor creation internship at VKL Seasoning Pvt Ltd, where Snigdha developed banana and green mango flavors for candies. Additional internship experience at International Flavors & Fragrances provided insight into flavor processing and quality control.
