Joanna Duncan

Joanna Duncan is an experienced Agile professional currently serving as a Scrum Master and Team Coach at World Vision Canada since January 2024. Previously, Joanna held positions as an Agile Project Manager and Scrum Master at Haptiq from November 2022 to September 2023, and as a Scrum Master at Sigma Software Group between May 2022 and December 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Scrum Master and Technical Project Coordinator at SiliconBlast from May 2017 to May 2022, and as a Donor Relations Specialist at Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Canada from November 2021 to February 2022. Joanna also worked as a Sales Lead at LOFT BY ANN TAYLOR from October 2016 to August 2020. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from York University, along with a Certificate in UX/UI Design from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies.
