Crystal Small

Crystal Small has extensive experience in the marketing and brand management field. Crystal has worked as a Project Lead on the Brand Team at World Vision since 2018. Previously, they were an Account Manager at Brandfire Marketing Group Inc. from 2018 to November 2018. Before that, they held the same position at Traffik, an sgsco company from 2016 to 2017, and at Lulu Marketing Communications Inc. from 2013 to 2016. Crystal also worked as a Marketing Manager (contract) at Marketing In Motion from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they held Account Manager roles at SOJE/Lonsdale Communications Inc. from 2009 to 2012, at The BrainStorm Group from 2007 to 2009, and at Wunderman, where they started in 2003 as an Account Coordinator and later became an Account Executive.

Crystal Small attended Mohawk College and studied Advertising and Communications Media. Crystal also attended Seneca Polytechnic and studied Marketing. In addition to their educational background, Crystal obtained certifications as a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist and Certified SAFe® 6 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. The certifications were obtained in November 2023.
