Darin Hamlin

Darin Hamlin currently serves as the Senior Director of Evidence of Impact, Research, Knowledge Management and Learning at World Vision, a position held since February 2023, where responsibilities include positioning the organization as a leader in child rights and enhancing data-driven decision-making. Previously, Darin held various senior roles at World Vision, including Senior Director of Strategy and Innovation, where leadership was provided for the ENOUGH campaign to combat child hunger. Experience also includes serving as Senior Director of Programs at the Institute for Development Impact, where partnerships focusing on environmental, social, and governance solutions were established. In earlier positions at World Vision, Darin managed substantial budgets and teams, ensuring effective program design and operational success across multiple countries. Darin holds a Master's degree in Latin American Studies from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and History/Political Science from Olivet Nazarene University.
