John Paul T Makoni

John Paul T Makoni has extensive work experience in the non-profit sector. John Paul T served as the Senior Director of Operations at World Vision from November 2015 onwards, where they held the position equivalent to Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that, they worked as the Regional Resources Development Director at World Vision's East Africa Regional Office from September 2014 to October 2015. John Paul T also served as the Program Development Unit Manager at World Vision from December 2011 to August 2014.

Before joining World Vision, John Paul T Makoni worked as a Program Manager at Pact USAID UGM from September 2009 to December 2011. John Paul T began their career at Plan International in January 2004, where they started as a Program Unit Manager and later became a Resources Mobilisation Advisor. John Paul T remained with Plan International until September 2009.
