Linz (Lindsay) Philips has extensive experience in human resources and total rewards management. Linz (Lindsay) is currently working as the Global Director of Benefits at World Vision, where they lead the Global Benefits Team in providing competitive employee programs across nearly 100 countries. Prior to this, Linz served as the Senior Director of Total Rewards at Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp. and as the Corp Leader of Total Rewards & HR Operations at Porch Group. Linz (Lindsay) has also held leadership positions in total rewards at Blue Origin, Clearwater Paper Corporation, Danaher Corporation, ESCO Corporation, Compassion International, and Cox Communications. Additionally, Linz has worked as an independent consultant at LB Philips Consulting LLC.

Linz Philips has an MBA in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Phoenix. Linz (Lindsay) also holds a B.A. in Education from The Master's University, as well as an A.A. in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the same university.
