Valens Munyaneza

Childprotection And Education Sector Lead at World Vision International

Valens Munyaneza has over 15 years of work experience in the educational field. Valens is currently the Child Protection and Education Sector Lead at World Vision, where they are responsible for leading projects in Huye and Gisagara Districts of Rwanda. Prior to that, they worked as an Education Officer at Aspire Rwanda, managing the Early Childhood Education Program and providing coaching and assistance to child caregivers. Valens also served as the Head of School at Rwanda Education Board, where they were responsible for recruitment, planning, training, and governance of the institution.

Valens Munyaneza completed a Master of Education degree in Educational Planning, Management, and Administration from Mount Kenya University - MKU between 2013 and 2017. In addition, between 2013 and 2015, Valens Munyaneza pursued a field of study in Education at the same institution, but did not receive a specific degree.
