Chris Huber

Chris Huber is an experienced communications professional with a strong focus on humanitarian efforts and global citizen engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Impact Communications Specialist at World Vision USA, Chris collaborates with various stakeholders to translate program impact evidence for diverse audiences. Prior roles include Communications Manager for the Venezuela Crisis Response, where Chris built a team to manage communications for a multi-country initiative, and Co-founder and Executive Director of The Connect Learn And Serve Project, aimed at fostering global citizenship among North American students. With a rich background in journalism, Chris has held various positions in media, including as a photo and content journalist for World Vision USA and staff reporter and photographer for several regional newspapers. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Humanitarian and Disaster Leadership from Wheaton College and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Western Washington University, complemented by completion of a Spanish language immersion program.
