Diane Larson

Diane Larson, CCP has extensive experience in compensation and HRIS management. Diane currently holds the position of Director of Compensation & Performance Management at World Vision USA since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as Director of Compensation & HRIS at World Vision USA. Diane has been with World Vision U.S. since 1995, starting as a Recruiter and subsequently holding roles such as Compensation Analyst, Senior Compensation Analyst, and Compensation Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for managing compensation programs, developing policies and procedures, conducting audits, and administering compensation programs in compliance with regulations.

Diane Larson, CCP, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, completing their studies from 1988 to 1992.
