Holta Trandafili

Holta Trandafili has over two decades of experience with World Vision, currently serving as the Research, Learning, and Analytics Manager since June 2017. In this role, Holta leads a team to communicate evidence of funded programs and has spearheaded over 10 case studies related to sustainability and the integration of faith and development. Previous positions include Senior Research Specialist, where Holta conducted nine post-program studies to evaluate outcome sustainability, and Design, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, where contributions influenced the organization’s evaluation guidelines. Holta also has extensive experience in regional program management, training, and capacity building, underpinned by a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Universiteti Teknologjik 'Ismail Qemal Vlora'.
