Lynn Lau, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Fundraising Programs Experience Operations at World Vision USA, leading a team dedicated to creating engaging digital experiences and managing a $17M fundraising program recognized among the Top 30 Peer-to-Peer programs in the nation. Previous experience includes roles at General Motors, where Lynn held various engineering positions, including Systems Integration Engineer and Thermal Performance and Development Engineer, contributing to innovative automotive technologies and patents. Lynn's extensive background in engineering is complemented by leadership in community service initiatives, enhancing employee engagement through outreach activities.
