Mike Gillespie has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Mike began their career at Rent-A-Center as a District Manager, where they led and supervised multiple locations, ensuring growth in revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Mike then moved on to Ames Taping Tools, Inc., where they served as a Regional Manager responsible for managing sales revenue, human resources, customer satisfaction, and overall profitability.
