Mike Gillespie

Mike Gillespie has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Mike began their career at Rent-A-Center as a District Manager, where they led and supervised multiple locations, ensuring growth in revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Mike then moved on to Ames Taping Tools, Inc., where they served as a Regional Manager responsible for managing sales revenue, human resources, customer satisfaction, and overall profitability. At Sears Holdings Corporation, Mike held the position of District Sales Manager, overseeing the financial performance and sales organization of multiple Sears Hometown Store locations. Following this, they became a District Manager at Rite Aid, where they led a team of 29 store locations and focused on customer experience, sales, and profitability. Mike then joined Family Christian Stores as a District Manager, providing professional leadership to 18 specialty retail locations. In their most recent role at World Vision USA, they served as Senior Director of Corporate Engagement, responsible for developing and leading a team in building long-term relationships with corporate donors and providing innovative business solutions. Throughout their career, Mike has demonstrated a strong ability to drive sales, develop and coach teams, and effectively manage business operations.
