Harvey Stephens

Harvey Stephens has a substantial work history in the renewable energy industry. Harvey began their career at LUZ Engineering in 1986, serving as a Solar Field Superintendent until 1989. Harvey then joined NextEra Energy Resources and held various positions of increasing responsibility, including Production Manager. During their time at NextEra Energy Resources, they played a pivotal role in the Operations and Maintenance of the World's Largest Solar Thermal Power Plants and led the development and implementation of a Site Safety Leader Training program. In 2011, Stephens joined World Wind & Solar as the Vice President of Operations, overseeing the Operations and Management department and providing support for new business development.

Harvey Stephens obtained an AS degree in Welding Trades from New Mexico State University-Dona Ana in 1980. Harvey later obtained a Six Sigma Certification in Green Belt from NextEra Energy University in 2009.
