Ronald Yam

Ronald Yam has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Ronald began their career as a partner at Lai & Fan, Sothertons, where they focused on auditing, taxation, and management consultancy. Ronald then joined RSM Hong Kong as a partner and engaged in auditing and financial advisory services to listed and private clients. In 2004, they became the Director and Honorary Treasurer for Habitat for Humanity in the Greater China region, contributing to improving living conditions for low-income families. Ronald also held positions in various YMCA organizations, including Deputy President & Officer at World YMCA, Treasurer at the World Alliance of YMCAs, and Treasurer at the Asia and Pacific Alliance of YMCAs. Additionally, they served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Hong Kong Children's Choir and as a board director for the Association of Christian Accountants. Ronald also acted as an Honorary Adviser for CPA Australia in the Greater China region.
