Duncan Micallef

Duncan Micallef is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in total rewards and compensation strategies, currently serving as the SVP & Global Head of Total Rewards at PepsiCo since June 2004. Micallef has held various prominent positions within PepsiCo, including VP Total Rewards for Asia, Middle East & Africa, and Senior Director Total Rewards for Asia. Additionally, Micallef is an Advisory Board Member at Airvet and a Guest Lecturer at Columbia Business School, alongside participation in the Compensation Advisory Council for WorldatWork. Prior roles include being the Head of Global Remuneration Consulting at Macquarie Group, Head of Compensation and Benefits at Verizon, and HR Manager at Shell. Micallef holds a BA in Human Resources & Business Administration from Keele University and an MBA from the University of South Wales, with further education from Columbia Business School, The Wharton School, and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
