Michele Girard

Michele Girard is currently the Senior Vice President of Operations at WorldatWork, where Michele focuses on driving operational excellence. Michele also serves as the Executive Director of the WorldatWork Foundation, working on philanthropic outreach. Previously, Michele was the Principal Compensation Consultant at Girard Consulting Services, LLC and held senior roles in Total Rewards at P2 Energy Solutions, Four Winds Interactive, and Charter Communications. Michele has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and an Associate's degree from Red Rocks Community College.
