Joanna Ochniak

Joanna Ochniak has extensive experience in the culinary and hospitality sectors, holding multiple leadership roles since 1997. Currently, Joanna serves as Chairman of both The International Chefs Day Committee and The Women in WorldChefs Committee at WORLDCHEFS, and has been a key organizer for the Wielkopolski Kucharz Roku competition since 2014. As President of the Fundacja Gastronomia na Obcasach and a long-time member of the Ogólnopolskie Stowarzyszenie Szefów Kuchni i Cukierni, Joanna actively contributes to culinary development and member oversight. Additionally, Joanna provides sales and marketing consultancy in the HoReCa industry at Inter Europol S.A. and operates a consulting firm, FPMS - Doradztwo Unijne Joanna Ochniak. Past academic contributions were made as a lecturer at the Wyższa Szkoła Hotelarstwa i Gastronomii from 1997 to 2006.
