Anna Golubeva

Anna Golubeva is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people development and engagement. Currently serving as a Senior People Development & Engagement Partner and HR Business Partner for Switzerland at Worldline since January 2020, Anna has also taken on roles such as the Head of Performance Management and Global HR Business & Change Accelerator. Prior to Worldline, Anna worked at Accenture from June 2015 to January 2020 as a Consultant, where significant achievements included designing a data-driven internal communications framework for a global Consumer Goods company and defining change management strategies for major IT transformations in the Life Sciences sector. Earlier experience includes a Summer Analyst position at Citi and a Junior Overheads & Capex Controller role at Danone Nutricia Early Life Nutrition. Academically, Anna holds a Master of Arts in Banking and Finance from the University of St.Gallen, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
