Julien Scotté

Julien Scotté has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Currently, they are the Director Shared Services - Cloud Services at Worldline, leading multiple teams and providing user-friendly infrastructure and middleware services. Julien is involved in the transformation of the organization to a Site Reliability Engineering/agile model. Prior to this, Julien was the Head Of Advanced Infrastructure BE/APAC at Worldline.

Before their time at Worldline, Julien worked at Ingenico as the Head Of Infrastructure Belgium, where they managed and oversaw a team of infrastructure engineers and implemented a shared service approach. Julien also served as the Operations Manager and Platform Operations Manager at Ingenico ePayments, where they focused on maintaining high availability for the e-Payments platform. In earlier roles, Julien worked as a Service Delivery Coordinator, Team Leader Technical Support, and Technical Support Engineer at Ingenico ePayments.

Julien's earlier work experience includes being a Technical Support Helpdesk Agent at Sitel, where they provided technical support for Sony VAIO computers. Julien also worked as a Network Administrator and receptionist supervisor at CMTS, and as part of the Animation and receptionist GO Team at Club Med. Julien began their career as a Network engineer junior with BRAINTEC & SYSEDGE.

Julien Scotté completed their BTS in Computers Technology and Network Telecommunications from ESIEA - École d'Ingénieur·e·s d'un numérique utile from 2001 to 2004. Julien also obtained a Baccalaureat Science Technology Informatics, Electronics from Lycée Christope Colomb during 1997 to 2001. Additionally, they have obtained additional certifications including Learning Terraform from LinkedIn (2023), One Worldline Academy Senior Talents from Hult EF Corporate Education (2022), and Core Skills for Site Reliability Engineers: SRE Collaboration & Communication from Percipio Training Ltd (2021).
